Che Hernandez

Che Hernandez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and facility operations. Currently serving as a Project Engineer and Senior Maintenance Manager at Holland Partner Group since June 2007, Che has developed expertise in managing maintenance projects and overseeing engineering tasks. Prior experience includes a role as Facilities Manager at Spectralink Corporation and several positions at Fairfield Residential, including Heating Air Conditioning Technician and Maintenance Supervisor. Che also held a Maintenance Supervisor position at Simpson Housing LLLP / Simpson Property Group LP from April 2001 to March 2006.
