Richard Vos takes various courses, he worked for a number of international companies. About 10 years ago he made the switch to Hollander Techniek. He started as a project manager with the ambition to run large projects in order to give Hollander Techniek more strategic market value. In addition to his role as project manager, he is also a team coach. In this role, he is involved in operational growth.

His specialty is linking market issues to expertise in industrial automation. Automation is not an end in itself, but support for a better overview of business processes. This gives the customers the opportunity to guarantee expectations for the future.'
