Dewald Faber

Dewald Faber is an accomplished audit and IT professional with extensive experience in the insurance and data assurance sectors. Currently serving as Audit Manager: Digital at Hollard Insurance since January 2019, Dewald previously held the position of Business Development Executive at RISK X DATA ASSURANCE (PTY) LTD from February 2017 to December 2018. Dewald’s earlier tenure at Hollard Insurance involved roles as Auditor in Charge focusing on IT security and data analytics, as well as IT Auditor. Prior experience includes managing IT audits at Metcash and serving as Snr IT Auditor at Advanced Accounting Technologies. Dewald holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Informatics from the University of Johannesburg, and completed Grade 12 at Hoërskool Bastion.
