Katie Irving is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of the Home Contact Centre at Hollard Insurance since May 2023. With a comprehensive background at Suncorp Group from June 2012 to May 2023, Katie held various leadership positions, including Product Owner, Regional Performance Manager, and Manager of Consumer Property Claims, where responsibilities included managing the Property Claim Services team in Brisbane to ensure exceptional customer service during critical moments. In addition, Katie has experience in motor claims management, having led teams of Technical Motor Assessors and managed the performance of motor repairers to achieve optimal business outcomes.
