Mark Nicholson

Mark Nicholson is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership and software development roles. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Hollard Insurance since October 2003, Mark has previously held positions including Head of IT Architecture, GM of Central IT, and Group Software Architect. Mark co-founded Genxis Technologies, where a role as CTO was undertaken from December 2001 to 2007. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Architect and Developer at CyberPro Pty Ltd and Dimension Data, along with earlier roles at n-Med, MedSolve, and National Business Systems. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from UNISA, completed between 1994 and 1997, and attended Hillcrest High School from 1989 to 1993.
