Sean Stephan

Sean Stephan serves as the General Manager of Revenue Management at Hollard Insurance since October 2013, focusing on the implementation of effective collection strategies. Prior to this role, Sean held senior management positions in Collections operations at FNB South Africa from January 2004 to October 2013, including Head of Smart Collections and Head of Business Loans, where strategic management of the business loan product was a key responsibility. Sean holds a Management diploma in Business Administration and Management from Henley Business School, obtained between 1997 and 1998, and completed Matric at Willowmoore High School from 1974 to 1978.
