Bishoy Rizk

Bishoy Rizk is a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in IT support and software technical roles. Currently serving as a Sr. Site Reliability Engineer at Hollat since November 2024, Bishoy previously worked at GET Group Holdings Ltd. from April 2020 to October 2024, holding the titles of Site Reliability Engineer and Senior Software Technical Support. Bishoy's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Technical Support Specialist at Softex Software House from January 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included the installation, administration, and maintenance of SQL Server Instances, as well as setting up various environments. Additionally, Bishoy provided technical support at Elegant Advertising and B-Connect, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Bishoy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences from Zagazig University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
