Cindy Frost

Cindy Frost has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Site Manager at Hollingsworth & Vose since May 2011, where a glass fiber manufacturing facility operates under their leadership. Prior to this role, Cindy was Plywood Mill Manager at Roseburg Forest Products from April 2003 to April 2011, where strategic planning based on a margin model approach led to sustained profitability for the hardwood plywood division. Additionally, Cindy held the position of Plywood Mill Manager at Boise Cascade from April 1984 to April 2003. Academically, Cindy holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources Production and Management from Oregon State University.
