Wendy Kukla

Wendy Kukla has extensive experience in the training and quality assurance field. Wendy started their career at Illinois Collection Service, Inc in 2008 as the Director of Training and Quality Assurance. In this role, they were responsible for creating and overseeing training programs for various departments, such as pre-collect, extended business office, and skip tracing. Wendy also managed the company's ACA International PPMS quality assurance certification. Wendy worked at Illinois Collection Service, Inc until 2014.

Following their time at Illinois Collection Service, Inc, Wendy joined Hollis Cobb Associates in 2014 as the Director of Training and Quality Assurance. In this position, they had similar responsibilities, including onboarding, staff development, and creating and managing corporate and regulatory training programs. Wendy was also in charge of training in first party and third party collections, specifically for medical and commercial receivables. Wendy remained with Hollis Cobb Associates until their promotion to Vice President of Training and Quality Assurance in October 2021.

Wendy Kukla earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Saint Xavier University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Wendy also holds a Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) certification from the Georgia Chapter HFMA, which they obtained in December 2020.
