Deanna Villalon-Haygood

Deanna Villalon-Haygood currently serves as the Manager of Fiscal Services at Hollister School District since June 2020. Prior to this role, Deanna was an Independent Consultant with Rodan and Fields from June 2016 to September 2023, focusing on the launch of new skincare lines and beauty tools. Deanna's experience also includes serving as a Payroll Production and Audit Analyst at San Benito High School District from July 2014 to June 2020 and as a Multi-Channel & Sales Support Manager at Best Buy from 2003 to 2012, where leadership responsibilities included overseeing the candidate selection process and conducting training for new employees. Deanna earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from California State University-East Bay between 2010 and 2014.
