Previously, Cale held leadership positions at Ondine Biomedical Inc., where numerous medical device and drug products were developed, and co-founded BioCorrosion Solutions Inc., focusing on microbiologically-influenced corrosion solutions. Cale's academic credentials include a PhD in Experimental Surgery and an MBA in Business Management, alongside a BS in Pharmacology.
