Christina Kennedy

Christina Kennedy is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at The Hollister Group since June 2019. In this role, Kennedy leads the development and execution of recruiting strategies across multiple business units, manages a team of Recruiting Managers, and advocates for values-based hiring practices. Prior experiences include positions as Manager of Recruiting & Training and Recruiting Manager, where Kennedy focused on training programs, candidate experience, and relationship-building with top talent. Previously, Kennedy was the Office Manager at Elon University's Office of Student Conduct, overseeing faculty calendars and managing confidential documents. Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus on Creative Writing from Elon University.
