Sari Agustin Simbolon

Sari Agustin Simbolon has extensive experience in legal and human resources management, currently serving as the Legal & HR Manager at Hollit International since March 2013. Responsibilities include providing legal advice on various matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing the company in disputes, and managing foreign manpower legal formalities. Sari also oversees the development and implementation of HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee development programs, and compensation strategies. Prior roles include Corporate Legal Counsel at Susi Air and Bahar and Partners, where Sari focused on corporate legal advice, compliance, and managing legal transactions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Law in Economic Law and a Bachelor of Law in Economic Law from the University of Indonesia.
