Grace Gimson

Grace Gimson has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Grace is currently an NHS Innovation Accelerator Fellow at the NHS Innovation Accelerator, where they have been awarded a fellowship for their work as the Founder and CEO of Holly Health, a digital health behavior change coach company. Prior to that, they participated in the What If Fellowship, a mental health startup accelerator program. Grace has also worked at Facebook as an Interim Project Manager and at Scape Technologies, where they served as Chief of Staff and Head of Operations. Grace gained experience in operations management and new market expansion as the Head of Market Launch Operations - UK at Deliveroo. Additionally, Grace worked at Aldi UK as an Area Manager, overseeing multiple stores and managing a flagship city store. Grace started their career in the Business Management field at the University of Birmingham, where they held various roles including Business Management Student and Campus Brand Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Grace also had a year-long industry placement at Microsoft, working in the UK Academic Team, DPE department in a marketing role.

Grace Gimson studied at the University of Birmingham from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
