Deborah Hagardt, MS, CCC, SLP, is a seasoned Speech Language Pathologist with extensive experience at Holly Ridge Center since January 2005, specializing in early intervention for children aged birth to three with special needs. In addition to this role, Deborah serves as a Speech Language Pathologist at ChildStrive and has prior experience as a Contract Speech Language Pathologist for the Vashon Island School District through Cumberland Therapy Services, LLC. Deborah also has academic experience as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Brandman University, where instruction focused on music, movement, and drama, and provided private voice instruction at the Annie Wright School. Deborah holds a Master of Science degree in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Washington, completed between 2001 and 2004.

With more than 59 years of highly specialized experience serving children and adults throughout the Kitsap and Olympic Peninsulas, Holly Ridge Center fulfills its mission through two program areas: •Infant Toddler Program (ITP), a neurodevelopmental center that provides early intervention services to children ages birth to three years old who present with developmental delays or are medically fragile. This is the only program of its type on the Olympic Peninsula and served more than 1,000 children in 2014. •The Adult Employment Services Program (AES), a vocational rehabilitation program that provides supported employment services for job training and placement services within the community for more than 249 individuals with disabilities each year.
