Erica Delma

Erica Delma currently serves as the Director of Development and Communications at Holly Ridge Center, a role undertaken since July 2017. Previously, Erica was the Owner of Firefly Academy Preschool from September 2003 to December 2017, where program development and management for a Montessori-inspired play-based preschool and home school enrichment program were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Director of Development and Community Engagement at Olympic Peninsula YMCA from October 2015 to January 2017, focusing on fundraising, grant writing, and community partnerships, and Program Executive Director at Olympic Peninsula YMCA Jefferson County Branch from October 2011 to October 2015. Erica holds a Master of Social Impact from Claremont Lincoln University and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Washington. Further education was completed at Indiana University-Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
