Sean McKibben

Sean McKibben MBA is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations focused on social care and housing. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Hollybank Trust, Sean leads a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality services for individuals with profound learning disabilities. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director at Gipsil Homes Ltd, Chair of the Board of Trustees at Ripon YMCA, and Interim Social Care Improvement Consultant at The National Autistic Society. In a tenure at Yorkshire Housing that spanned over a decade, Sean held multiple leadership positions, including Head of Customer Independence and Head of Care and Support, where significant improvements in services and increased funding were achieved. Sean's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Bradford, alongside qualifications in further education and a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Leicester.
