Polly Joseph Assoc Cipd

Polly Joseph, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has extensive expertise in learning and development, particularly within the optical and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Culture and Development Business Partner at Hollywood Bowl Group Plc since March 2018, Polly has successfully designed and executed various talent programs, well-being strategies, and learning management systems, while also leading initiatives during the coronavirus pandemic. Prior experience includes leadership roles in culture and learning development at Optical Express and consultancy at Eye Emporium Opticians. With a strong background in training management at Luxottica Retail, Hamleys of London, Specsavers, and HMV Retail, Polly has made significant contributions to employee development, program design, and strategic interventions throughout a dynamic career. Polly holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Sociology from Reading University.
