Ashly Dudel holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Comparative Studies and German Literature from Duke University, alongside a Master of Arts in South- and Southeast Asian Studies from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Currently serving as a Development Coordinator at Marla Studios since September 2021, Ashly is involved in developing popular IP for video game adaptations and shaping feature projects with external partners. Previous experience includes working as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at the same company, supporting the management of multiple film and TV projects. Ashly also contributes as a JHRTS Board Member and Events Co-Chair for the Hollywood Radio & Television Society and has experience as an Executive Producer for a short film, where fundraising and production logistics were expertly handled. Additional roles include Festival Coordinator for a Netflix documentary and various positions at the U.S. Embassy in Germany and academic institutions, showcasing a robust background in media production and research.
