Nelson Lassiter Jr.

Nelson Lassiter Jr. is a seasoned professional in the entertainment industry with extensive experience in production and creative management. Currently serving as a JHRTS Board Member at the Hollywood Radio & Television Society since January 2022, Nelson held the position of Original Content Manager - Creative Executive at Tubi from February 2023 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing a diverse slate of films and implementing the company's content strategy. Prior to Tubi, Nelson contributed to Netflix from May 2018 to February 2023, where roles ranged from assisting the VP in administrative tasks to acting as the second lead Production Executive on major series projects. Nelson also held key production roles at Denouement Entertainment, overseeing large teams and managing production workflows. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Executive Assistant at Sema4 and Magnetic 3D, as well as supporting campus life at Trinity College. Educational qualifications include a BA in Global Studies and Economic Development from Trinity College and international study experiences at Fudan University and The Haverford School for Boys.
