Frank Carbone

Frank began his career with Holman in 2015, bringing with him more than 25 years of leadership and automotive experience. Prior to joining Holman, Frank spent 15 years with CSX, a publically traded rail transportation company where he held multiple executive roles in finance, procurement, and supply chain management. Throughout his tenure with Holman, Frank has held a number of progressive leadership roles across a variety of operating divisions. Returning to his retail automotive roots where he spent the first seven years of his professional career, Frank currently serves as Holman’s Senior Vice President of Aftersales overseeing customer engagement strategy and automotive service offerings. A graduate of Florida State University, Frank earned his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees as well as his Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management.
