Howie Spangler

Howie Spangler began their career in 1995 as a Senior Actuarial Consultant at Reliance Insurance, where they worked until 2000. Howie then moved on to Akcelerant as a Technical Project Manager until 2002. From 2002 to 2012, they held various leadership roles at TD Bank, including VP of Software Development Manager, VP of Applications Management, and SVP - Director of Enterprise Systems and Architecture. In 2012, they joined ARI as the Director of Development until 2013. Finally, in 2014, they became the VP of Information Technology at Holman.

Howie Spangler completed a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science Major and Computer Science Minor at Lebanon Valley College from 1991 to 1995. Howie went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and GIAC Information Security Fundamentals in 2019 and 2022.
