Kirk Mahaffy has extensive experience in operations management and training within the automotive and technical sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Holman since January 2017, Kirk previously held multiple roles at ARI from September 2007 to January 2017, including Manager of Global Call Center Training & Quality Management, Assistant Manager of Technical Education and Quality Assurance, Operations Supervisor, and Trainer. Kirk earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technical Management from DeVry University between 2015 and 2018, and an Associate of Applied Science in Automotive Engineering Technology from Southeast Community College in 1984.
