Harm Hermans has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Harm started their career at Mannesmann Rexroth as a Trainee and later became a Sales Engineer. Harm was responsible for marketing and sales of hydraulic cylinders, developing new customers, and organizing industry events. Harm then joined Bosch Rexroth as a General Sales Manager, where they oversaw worldwide marketing and sales for turn-key projects. After that, Hermans held positions as Director at Borstlap Masters in Fasteners Group, Managing Director at FABORY Group, and Owner and Managing Director at Herventure BV. Currently, they are the CEO and President of Holmatro Group, a global market leader in rescue tools.
Harm Hermans completed a Technical Physics Bachelor's Degree at Eindhoven University of Technology from 1987 to 1991. Harm then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics (ing.) at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1991 to 1992. From 2000 to 2001, Harm obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Nyenrode Business University. In 2015, they attended Harvard University for an Authentic Leadership Development Program.
