Chad Sparling

Chad Sparling is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the child safety products industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for North America at Holmbergs Safety System Group since August 2021, Chad previously held the role of Director of Engineering & Quality at KidsEMbrace, LLC, where collaboration with renowned brands such as Disney and Marvel led to innovative juvenile product designs. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Engineering & Quality at RECARO Child Safety, Manager of Engineering & Quality at RECARO Child Safety Systems North America, and Application/Safeguard Product Engineer Supervisor at IMMI, contributing significantly to product development, compliance, and quality assurance. Chad holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, obtained in 2002.
