Nicole Baldwin's work experience begins in 1997, where they worked as a Coordinator for Sponsorship Sales & Service at the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club until 2002. Nicole then moved on to work as a Teaching Assistant at the Carlson School of Management in 2003. In the same year, they also took on a Marketing Intern role at Carlson Companies. From 2004 to the present, Baldwin has been working at the Holmes Corporation. Nicole started as a Marketing Manager and eventually became the Marketing Director for Customer Engagement. Nicole'sresponsibilities include managing B2C and B2B marketing and communications activities for various programs and industries, as well as strategic planning, budgeting, and brand development. Overall, Baldwin has gained extensive experience in marketing and has been recognized as a collaborative team member and independent contributor.

Nicole Baldwin has a strong educational background in business and marketing. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in General Business and Marketing from the University of Alberta, studying from 1992 to 1996. Building upon this foundation, they pursued an MBA in Marketing and Strategy at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2002 to 2004.
