Ellie Fletcher

Ellie Fletcher has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2004 as an HR Assistant at Colchester Institute. Ellie then worked at Fred. Olsen Limited as an HR Advisor and Resourcing Specialist, focusing on recruitment, policy changes, employment law advice, and training. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Senior HR Advisor at Access Group, handling performance issues, exits, policy changes, and HR systems. Ellie then worked at Nestlé Purina as an HR Business Partner, providing support for recruitment, talent management, training, and organizational development. Following this, they worked at Whitehall Resources as an HR Manager, gaining experience in both SMEs and international corporate businesses. Most recently, Ellie joined Holmes & Hills Solicitors as the Head of HR, managing and developing the HR team, designing policies and procedures, and overseeing talent and performance management.

From 2007 to 2009, Ellie Fletcher attended Anglia Ruskin University where they pursued a degree in HR. Ellie obtained a CIPD certification during this time.
