Daniel Herzog

Daniel Herzog serves as the Director of Acquisitions and Entitlements at Holmes Homes since November 2021, overseeing the transformation of raw land into residential lots and coordinating with various professionals throughout the development process. Prior roles include Director of Land Development at Century Communities, Inc. and Arive Homes, LLC, where expertise in land acquisition and development was further established. Daniel's career began with a focus on real estate project management at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and leasing sales at CBRE and Coldwell Banker Commercial, showcasing a strong background in property transactions and market analysis. Daniel holds an MBA from the University of Utah, supplemented by a BS in Business with a focus on Marketing and a Minor in Spanish.
