Adam Falk

Adam Falk has a diverse work experience that spans over different industries and roles. Adam'smost recent position was as the Vice President of Business Operations at ethOs, where they began working in November 2019. Prior to that, they held a similar role at Holmes Murphy & Associates starting in August 2019.

Before their time at ethOs and Holmes Murphy & Associates, Falk worked at Gallagher for several years. Adam held various roles within the company, including Divisional Wellbeing and Engagement Senior Project Consultant, Wellbeing & Engagement Consultant, and Client Wellness Coordinator. During their time at Gallagher, they were involved in managing the day-to-day business operations, developing long-term strategic plans, and providing strategic guidance on topics related to wellness, wellbeing, engagement, and healthy living.

Prior to joining Gallagher, Falk worked at Avondale Toyota as an Independent Wellness Consultant. In this role, they developed and presented fitness, health, and wellness programs for company employees, as well as proposed healthy vending options for the employee break-rooms.

Before Avondale Toyota, Falk worked at Georgia Gwinnett College as an Assistant Director in Wellness Programming & Operations. Adam was responsible for building and managing the Health and Wellness Programming Department, overseeing facility operations, and leading a team of employees.

Falk also gained experience at the Phoenix Mercury, where they worked as a Marketing Partnership Intern. Adam collaborated with the Marketing Partnerships Department, facilitated sponsor-related promotions, and built relationships with corporate sponsors.

Adam'searly career includes positions as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Northern Illinois University, where they provided medical services to athletes, and as a Student Athletic Trainer at Winona State University, where they provided medical services, developed training programs, and administered rehabilitation equipment.

Adam Falk has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sport Management from Northern Illinois University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, Falk earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Exercise Science - Athletic Training from Winona State University between 2003 and 2007. Adam also holds a High School Diploma from Lincoln High School, obtained from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Falk has obtained certifications including the Thriving Workplace Culture Certificate from Salveo Partners in December 2019, and the Retired Athletic Trainer certification from the National Athletic Trainers' Association in August 2007.
