Brooks D. has a comprehensive work experience history in the insurance and healthcare industry. Brooks began their career at UnitedHealth Group in 2004, where they worked their way up from a Small Business Account Executive to eventually becoming the National Vice President of Consultant Relations & Specialty Channel Development. During their time at UnitedHealth Group, they also held positions as the Vice President of Sales & Account Management and the Director of Sales & Account Management.
In 2013, Brooks joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where they served as the Vice President of Group Markets before being promoted to President of the Commercial Group Markets. Brooks eventually became the Senior Vice President and President of Commercial Markets before leaving the company in 2019.
