Dave Ashton

Dave Ashton currently serves as a Board Member for the American Red Cross Serving Iowa since July 2024. Prior to this, Dave has held the position of Chief Information Officer and Shareholder at Holmes Murphy & Associates since July 2022. Dave's extensive experience includes various leadership roles at Principal Financial Group from May 2008 to June 2022, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Principal International in Hong Kong to multiple roles as Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Dave Ashton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Iowa.
