Erin Osier

Erin Osier began their work experience in 2002 at Nationwide, where they served as a Personal Lines Underwriter until 2004. Erin then transitioned to the role of Commercial Lines Underwriter until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, Erin worked as a Producer for Select Accounts at Van Gilder Insurance. Erin'scareer at Holmes Murphy & Associates started in 2006, initially as an Account Manager and later as a Client Service Associate. From 2008 to 2012, Erin served as a Client Service Executive at the same company. In 2012, they joined Innovative Captive Strategies as a Sr. Program Manager and eventually became the AVP of Program Management from 2018 to 2018. Erin returned to Holmes Murphy & Associates in 2019 as a VP of Enterprise Placement, PC before assuming their current role as an Account Executive and Shareholder.

Erin Osier completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Speech & Hearing Science from the University of Washington from 1996 to 2000. Erin then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Colorado Denver from 2001 to 2002.

In addition to their academic background, Erin also obtained several certifications. In September 2006, they earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification from The Institutes. In May 2011, Erin achieved the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) certification from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Lastly, in December 2017, they obtained the Associate in Risk Management (ARM-P) certification from The Institutes.
