Todd Hansen began their work experience in 2001 as a Mechanic at Carroll Cycle Center, where they were responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the mechanic shop, as well as performing routine maintenance and upgrades on motorcycles and ATVs. In 2003, they worked as an Information Technology Intern at Pella Corporation, where they were in charge of collecting and maintaining electronic data processing inventory, organizing backup tapes, and troubleshooting electronic hardware. From 2006 to 2008, Todd worked as a Carpenter in their own contracting business, specializing in interior and exterior carpentry. In 2008, they joined Holmes Murphy & Associates as a Producer Development Intern, gaining exposure to various aspects of the insurance industry. Todd later became an Account Executive, assisting clients in understanding and mitigating business risks. Todd also served as the Director of Human Services Risk Solutions at Holmes Murphy from 2011 to 2014.
Todd Hansen's education history begins with their high school education at Carroll High School from 2001 to 2005. Todd then attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a field of study in Finance. During the same time period, they also attended the University of Iowa and obtained a BBA degree with a focus on Finance.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Todd Hansen has also obtained several certifications. In 2010, they received the AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance) certification from The Institutes. Todd also earned the CC (Competent Communicator) certification from Toastmasters International in July 2010. Furthermore, in June 2011, they obtained the ARM (Associate in Risk Management) certification from The Institutes.
