Angela Matos has extensive experience in the fitness industry, currently serving as a personal trainer at Holmes Place since September 2013, where Angela is also training as a gym manager. Angela pursued education at the ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, earning a Licenciatura in Economics from September 2018 to February 2023. Previously, Angela obtained a Licenciatura in Sports Sciences from FCDEF - UC between 2007 and 2010. Angela is currently furthering education at the Universidade de Aveiro, enrolled since 2018.
