Annjannette Lomboy

Annjannette Lomboy has extensive experience in property management and administrative roles, currently serving as Office Manager at Holmes US since May 2022, after holding the position of Senior Administrative Assistant. Previously, Annjannette managed property operations at The Chapman Flats from August 2010 to June 2022, focusing on maximizing profits and analyzing financial status. As a Leasing Agent at Coast Meridian Properties, LLC from June 2008 to June 2022, Annjannette consistently achieved high occupancy rates and effectively communicated with prospective residents. Prior experience includes providing administrative support as an Executive Assistant and Receptionist at All Pacific Financial from January 2003 to June 2008. Annjannette holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is currently enrolled at Pasadena City College.
