Owen Robertshaw

Owen Robertshaw is a Food Technologist at MOGUNTIA FOOD GROUP since October 2023 and serves as a Technical Assistant at Holmesterne Foods since February 2023. In the role at Holmesterne Foods, Owen conducts essential checks mandated by BRC and customer audits, which encompass weekly listeria, coliform, and TVC swabs, scale and probe calibration, room temperature checks, allergen testing, and preparation of samples for testing and weekly taste panels.
