Qian C.

Qian C. began working at IBM in 2013 as a Business Analytics Strategist and Team Lead Project Manager. In 2014, they joined PwC where they held various roles, including Health Industry Advisory, Data Scientist, Product Manager, and Management Consultant. During their time at PwC, Qian C. worked on healthcare analytics, digital health solution development, and client engagements with Fortune 500 companies. They also served as a Scrum Product Owner, advised on portfolio strategy, managed project deliveries, and designed product solutions using simulation modeling and machine learning. Qian C. joined Holmusk in 2020 as the Director of Data Engine Operations, contributing to the company's efforts in using data science and digital therapeutics to treat mental health and chronic diseases.

Qian C. holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from UCLA. They also have a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology and Project Management from New York University. Qian C. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biomedical Engineering at Fudan University. Additionally, Qian C. has obtained various certifications, including Human Subjects Research – Biomedical (Biomed) Foundations from CITI Program, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, Human-Centered Design and Digital Acumen from PwC, and Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute. They also hold a Technology Assessment Group Certificate from the Technical Entrepreneurial Community at UCLA.
