Filippo Leddi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. filippo started their career in 2006 as an Export Area Manager at Valente spa. In 2010, they became a Board Member and Treasurer at EUCMA - EU-China Managers Association. filippo then participated in the EU-China Managers Exchange and Training Programme as a Selected Participant from 2009 to 2010. Filippo joined Héra International in 2012 as a Senior Area Manager for Europe and Asia, where they successfully established branches in Beijing, Dubai, London, and Moscow. In 2016, they became the COO - Chief Operations Officer at ISS - International Senior Services. Currently, Filippo Leddi works at Holo-Light GmbH as an International Business Development Manager, contributing to the growth and strategic vision of the company in the field of software development on smart glasses.

Filippo Leddi completed the EU-China Managers Exchange and Training Programme at the University of International Business and Economics in the year 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sciences and Technology of Communication from IULM University.
