Omar Santos

Omar Santos is a driven finance professional currently serving as L/S Equities 2023 at Citadel, with previous experience as a Summer Investment Associate within the firm's value-oriented market-neutral equity business, Ashler Capital. As the CEO and Founder of Xiub Capital, Omar leads a fundamental multi-sector long/short equity firm incorporating global macro and quantitative strategies, supported by a proprietary software stack. Additionally, Omar holds leadership roles as Co-President and Head of Education at both Columbia Financial Investment Group and BlackGen Capital, while also participating in the Latitude Fellowship at The D. E. Shaw Group and gaining experience in various roles at Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, and The MergerSight Group. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business and Sociology at Columbia University, Omar has built a strong foundation in finance and investment strategies since earning an Advanced Regents Diploma from All Hallows High School.
