Sahar M. has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Marketing & Operations Executive at Sikka Circle Exhibitions and Festivals until March 2020. From September 2020 to December 2020, they held the position of Marketing Communications Executive at HoloFair | Metaverse Platform. Sahar then advanced to a Senior Project & Marketing Executive at the same company from January 2021 to August 2022. Sahar M. joined People in September 2022 as a Resource Manager & Project Coordinator until January 2023. Currently, they are working as a Project & Marketing Manager at HoloFair | Metaverse Platform since February 2023.

Sahar M. completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at Rochester Institute of Technology, Dubai (RIT Dubai) in 2019. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. Sahar obtained the Google My Business Certification from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in August 2021. In September 2020, they earned the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google Digital Garage, as well as the Google Ads Search Certification from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop).
