Alana Jones Dros

Alana Jones Dros is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President Human Resources at Hologic, Inc. since August 2023, Dros previously held various leadership roles at Foundation Medicine, including Vice President, People Strategy and Business Partnering, and Senior Director. Dros also served as a Human Resources Consultant at NFPA and led Talent Strategy and Engagement at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where significant change management initiatives were implemented. Earlier in the career, Dros spent over 16 years at International Data Group, culminating in the role of Vice President Corporate Human Resources. Dros holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA in Biopsychology from Vassar College.
