Gregory Rash

Gregory Rash currently serves as the Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Hologic, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Gregory held the position of Senior Director of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Mersana Therapeutics from May 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included developing Information Security and Risk Management programs. Prior experience includes roles at Biogen as Risk Management Leader for IT/Cyber, Privacy, and Governance, and as Vice President at State Street overseeing Compliance Oversight and Advisory Programs. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami.
