Jason Cannella

Jason Cannella currently serves as the Sr Director of Integration Management at Hologic, Inc., a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jason was the SVP of M&A Integration at iCapital Network and has extensive experience in M&A integration, having worked as the Director of M&A Integration at Philips, where supervision of over 20 acquisitions was a key responsibility. Previous roles include positions at PwC, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Westchester Medical Center, focusing on finance effectiveness, market forecasting, and performance management. Jason holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business, an MPA in Health Care Finance from New York University, and a Master of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College.
