Bhawana Agrawal

Bhawana Agrawal has extensive work experience in various roles within the fields of global integration, inventory management, financial analysis, and business strategy. From 2003 to 2005, they completed an audit internship at Lodha & Co., where they led a team and worked on SOX audits and internal audits. Bhawana then went on to work as a business controller at Vedanta Resources Plc from 2007 to 2011. After that, they served as a finance manager at GE from 2011 to 2012 and as a business and financial analyst at ABB from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they completed a research internship at Zipkick, where they performed strategic analysis and developed financial forecasts. Agrawal then worked as a business analyst on a contract basis at Flagstar Bank from 2015 to 2016 before becoming a partner at Acuitas Associates in 2015. In 2016, they joined PerkinElmer, Inc., initially serving as a business analyst before being promoted to senior roles in global inventory management and integration. Currently, they are a senior director at Revvity, specializing in global integration and inventory management.

Bhawana Agrawal earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from Patna University in the years 2000 to 2003. From 2001 to 2006, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and obtained the degree of Chartered Accountant (Equivalent to CPA-USA) with a focus on Accounting and Finance. In 2013, Bhawana Agrawal received their IFRS Certification - Fundamental Level from ABB. Bhawana later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business at Hult International Business School from 2013 to 2014, with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2017, they completed a short-term program on Data Visualization - Conveying Information through Visual Representation at Harvard University. In the same year, Bhawana Agrawal also acquired the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant. Bhawana has since obtained additional certifications, including Advancing Women Leaders Essentials from Linkage, Inc. in 2021 and Certified in Planning and Inventory Management, CPIM from the Association for Supply Chain Management in May 2021. Furthermore, they hold a diploma in Business Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India in 2008 and completed 250 hours of computer training from SSI, India in 2002. In 2019, they completed the course "Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application" offered by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
