Kevin Marq is an accomplished lead engineer with extensive experience in new product development and engineering management. Currently at Hologic, Inc., since May 2021, Kevin leads a cross-functional team of 10 engineers on over 50 successful projects, focusing on the entire development process from initial concepts to final products, adhering to Hologic quality management systems. Previously, Kevin served as mechanical team lead and senior engineer in research and development at Mobidiag from April 2013 to May 2021, where significant contributions included the development of CE-IVD marked microfluidic products and the establishment of product data management processes. Earlier experience at Genewave involved mechanical development for diagnostic platforms and collaboration on EU projects. Kevin holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytech Sorbonne and additional qualifications in industrial innovation and product design.
