Roanna Padre

Roanna Padre, PhD MBA, currently serves as the Director of Global Portfolio Strategy at Hologic, Inc. since March 2019. Prior to this role, Roanna held positions including Director of Product & Commercial Strategy at Decipher Biosciences, Inc. from 2015 to 2019 and Co-founder of 3R Biosystems from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Roanna worked as a Consultant at Emergent Life Sciences from 2011 to 2015 and managed Global Strategic Marketing for Immunology/Respiratory at Johnson & Johnson between 2007 and 2010, focusing on new product development and commercial strategy. Earlier experience includes a postdoctoral research associate role at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies from 2001 to 2005. Roanna holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from UT Southwestern Medical Center, and a BS in Molecular Biology & Biotechnology from the University of the Philippines.
