Steven Kladas

Steven Kladas has extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Diagnostics Operations Finance at Hologic, Inc. since May 2016. Steven has held various roles within Hologic, including Director of Global Supply Chain Finance and Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to Hologic, Steven worked as a Financial Analyst II at Waters Corporation and as a Financial Analyst at NetScout Systems. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Anna Maria College, completed between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Worcester State University, earned from 2006 to 2010.
