Rasmus Byskov-Nielsen

Rasmus Byskov-Nielsen serves as Kommunaldirektør at Holstebro Kommune since November 2024, overseeing administration and strategic development. Concurrently, Rasmus has contributed to public leadership development as a competence developer, lecturer, and author across several universities and organizations since 2010. Previously, Rasmus was the Chair of Børne- og Kulturchefforeningen from November 2022 to November 2024 and held the position of Vicekommunaldirektør and Director for Children and Communities at Ikast-Brande Kommune from January 2017 to November 2024, managing various strategic initiatives. Earlier roles include Health Chief and Head of Development and Strategy at Holstebro Kommune and positions as a fullmægtig at Århus Kommune and Region Midtjylland. Rasmus holds multiple degrees and leadership qualifications from prestigious institutions, including The London School of Economics and Political Science and Aarhus University.
