Kimberly Barton

Kimberly Barton, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Director at Holston Medical Group since September 2009, focusing on creating a high-performance culture and developing processes to meet organizational goals. Previous roles at the same organization include Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist II, where responsibilities included tracking turnover, managing recruitment activities, and advising management on employee relations. Prior to Holston Medical Group, Kimberly worked at Robert Bosch as a Payroll Coordinator, overseeing payroll functions for hourly associates, and at U.S. Cellular as a Recruiter, where national recruitment efforts were streamlined, achieving significant reductions in turnover.
