Royce Fox has a strong background in the non-profit sector, with extensive experience working for the Boy Scouts of America. Royce served as a District Executive at the Lincoln Heritage Council, Boy Scouts of America from February 1988 to May 1990. Following this, they held the position of Senior District Executive from May 1990 to September 1999. From September 1999 to February 2006, Royce worked as a District Director for the Boy Scouts of America. In January 2006, they were promoted to the role of Field Director, a position they held until February 2019. More recently, Royce joined Holston United Methodist Home in February 2019 as the Director of Annual Giving, where they currently work.
